Yes, yes.

If menus clearly do not exist anymore in the most recent version,
and you are 99% sure that you understand how they were renamed,
then you may directly make the corresponding changes without asking.

As to the renaming of the menus: this have been many discussions on this
mailing list, so you may take a look at the archives in case of doubt.
