Dutch, French and German.

Some of the French and German translations have been corrected by
native French and German speaking persons. I occasionally also
check the dictionaries for other Roman and Germanic languages.

That is not necessary, because I do these translations right away when
introducing new messages. I have a bit more difficulties with German.
On the other hand, corrections and improvements are always welcome.
