I have filled in the DRD as best I could, however, there are 3
environments that I cannot find anywhere:

descriptionaligned
descriptiondash
descriptionlong

I suppose we need preamble entries for these.

On a different note, I used the .enc files for stmaryrd, amssymb and
wasysym, as well as a very long, grep-and-awk-laden command line to
produce the DRD entries for all the various symbols.

I hope it works out.  I'm still rounding it off, before I submit a
patch.
