[Texmacs-dev] address@hidden up and running

Eventually, some GNU staff found the time to configure the texmacs-doc
CVS to send notifications to the address@hidden mailing list.

So documentation maintainers will now be able to follow what is going
on in real time!

Caveat: I have left the mailing open to posting by anybody until the
first notification is received. I just changed the configuration to
accept only messages from address@hidden (the originator of
the notifications). Hopefully I have not broken anything, but please
tell me if you are subscribed to the mailing list, make change to the
CVS, and receive no notification.
