Just though that it would be pretty simple to hack a feature activate
and deactivate all the INCLUDE tags in a given document. That would make
project document practically editable.
I guess that could be added to the "project" menu or something similar
because it is generally not needed in other contexts.
I could implement it completely in a couple of hours you think that is a
good thing.
