[Texmacs-dev] Bad set locals

Running texmacs 1.0.3.2 on cygwin (package of a. seidl) i get
following error message (obviously every time a new file is opened,
but not for opening existing files):

bash-2.05b$ ./texmacs

TeXmacs] loading ecrm11 at 300 dpi
TeXmacs] With linked TrueType support
TeXmacs] Loading english-german.scm
TeXmacs] Loading hyphen.us
TeXmacs] loading ecrm10 at 600 dpi

Fatal error: Bad set locals in 'drd_info_rep::set_locals'
