For the LGPL part (libraries, runtime (including GC)), no issues.

For the compiler, yes this is an issue. Now, we might ask to the caml
developers what they think about this issue and maybe they would allow
an exception.

Anyway, this is pretty speculative until we need an ocaml evaluation
loop within texmacs. We can still have ocaml as an extension language
and use the ocaml external compiler.
