[Texmacs-dev] urls in bibtex

Hello,

There is a minor, but annoying, problem when importing bibtex-files containing 
urls with a tilde (~) into texmacs. The tilde gets converted to a 
non-breakable space. In latex the same problem is solved by the package url 
and one types \url{http://www.texmacs.org/~user} and all is well.

My bibtex files already contain the \url-tag is there a way to fix this 
behavior in tm?
