Right now there is no RPM or source tarball for 1.99.5. You can browse
the available files at http://ftp.texmacs.org/TeXmacs/tmftp/

It seems a bit ridiculous to upload several binaries and not the source file. In addition the link on http://www.texmacs.org/tmweb/download/sources.en.html to the last version http://www.texmacs.org/Download/ftp/tmftp/source/TeXmacs-1.99.5-src.tar.gz produce only a 404 .... Regards Marco
