[Texmacs-dev] Review Request: Use blanks, escaped char, inline comment and number to simplify code

I am planning to support more languages for the next release.

To remove the duplicated code in the current code base, I introduce several small parsers:

+ blanks

+ escaped char

+ inline comment

+ number
