Here is another small diff between our trees.  (The diff is getting
pretty small now... hopefully will have everything sent to you by
tomorrow ... sorry for the delays).

On HP-UX the administrative user lp owns some files:

$ find /usr/bin -user lp
/usr/bin/cancel
/usr/bin/disable
/usr/bin/enable
/usr/bin/lpstat
/usr/bin/slp

This patch adds the administrative user lp to the ROOT_PATH_OK_Owners.
