The first google hit for "tcc git" was 
http://packages.ubuntu.com/en/source/hardy/tcc (well, the nl language version 
of that page, anyway), and that links to:

$ git clone git://git.roxor.cx/git/tcc.git/
Initialized empty Git repository in /home/landley/tinycc/tcc/.git/
git.roxor.cx[0: 194.50.78.214]: errno=Connection timed out
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Connection timed out)

Another hit is:

Then there's some unintelligible links to something called github, a typo in 
some OCRed genetic code quoted in a PDF, and a link to the "Tree Climbing 
Championships"...
