Now we are just derailing into insults.  If you don't like being accused of 
dishonesty, don't ask for kickbacks.  As far as you not respecting my position, 
you forgot to ask if I cared.
This is what I get for trying to be nice and upfront to folks, apparently.  If 
you want to talk about respect, I haven't exactly heard any good opinions on 
why you should keep derivatives open source.  So far all I heard are kick backs 
and how much my opinion isn't respected.  For a people who make smart software 
I guess I was expecting... something thought-worthy?

I would like to say that I greatly respect Daniel's position, much
more than yours.

As for your project, I wish you a sincere good luck. You know,
there are great MIT-licensed JIT compilers around. Happy hacking!
