New methods for "ssh -1" and "ssh -2"

I have just committed (to the repository on Savannah) a new version of
Tramp which renames the old sm1 method (which calls "ssh1") to sm-ssh1
and includes a new sm1 method which calls "ssh -1".  Similar for the
other *1 and *2 methods.

Maybe the next todo item is mimencode/uuencode autodetection...
