New version 2.0.4 with autodetection

This version should do autodetection of the inline encoding (base64
versus uu encoding).  Please report whether it works.

The new version uses a different set of methods, as we don't have to
distinguish between the uuencode and the base64 versions anymore.  I
used the chance to use slightly longer method names which I hope are
more mnemonic.  For example, it should be obvious what the ssh and
scp methods do.

I'm not sure but it is possible that the new inline mechanism provides
less functionality than the old one.  So if you find out that the
autodetection doesn't find an encoding you can use, please holler.
