Log message:
        * GNUmakefile (generate-translinks): Use
        `translist-head.html' and `translist-tail.html' instead of
        `translinks-head.html' and `translinks-tail.html'.
        Change the format of the entries.
        * doc/gnun.texi (languages.txt): Update.
