Hi,at least on Windows platform GNU-Prolog seems to have an limitation on maximum stacksize. If I try to allocate e.g. global-size 70000 the program starts with an memory allocaation fault message only.
I'm currently using the binary-release 1.2.9, but the same problem does occur e.g. with an cygwin-compiled executable.
My machine is running with NT 4.0 and has 128MB of physical memory, the fault is not caused by running out of memory.
What can be done to lift this restriction? Elmar
