no... the presence of the <default-entry /> tag doesn't change anything...
it has been introduced only in order to be able to reference the
default-entry-point which is created anyway...

actually using the same id="chapter-0" was just a typo, and the resulting
XML fragment would have been rejected by vcdxbuild...

the relaxed APS option is always allowed, but it makes only sense
when you have entry points (which means, it can be used for VCD1.1 as
well) defined... it may sometimes help for SVCDs w/o entry points as well
when the mpeg encoding is really bad... but well...

ps: I may add a per-sequence-item aps-relaxation attribute at some
distant time...

not completely; you don't need to, but it is a good idea to reject
endlists, and it should be done for SVCDs as well as VCD2.0...
