[vile] Searching unicode text glitches.

Search string query is broken when previous search string is a utf-8
cyrillic text. When trying to enter new search string both 
previous entry and part of «Search:» prompt are removed. After that I
need to close search dialog and start it again in order to be able to
enter a string.
Encountered in all 9.7 vile versions till *zb.
