Actually I should have figured that out :( I feel stupid. I was reading
the terminfo configuration backwards... thought kend would produce \EOE
instead of \EOE producing kend. I've never needed to actually understand
how that works before, good to know. So yes, you are correct, #H and #E
are now produced so remapping them is now generic.
