instructions from the Presidency through the Ministry Of Finance via the 
Honorable Minister Of finance to pay all old Nigeria National Petroleum 
Corporation {NNPC} contractors which their contract payments have been lying in 
wait for over 7 to 10 years of which yours is among the ones we are going to 
pay urgently .Therefore Sir, you are invited in this manner to tender or submit 
your account details and your company's or individual name which you registered 
as contractor's name with the CORPORATE&nbsp; AFFAIRS COMMISSION {C.A.C} 
whether in Lagos or Abuja corporate offices immdiately. <BR>&nbsp;<BR>Based on 
the instruction received from the Presidency, all&nbsp; contractors are warned 
not to pay even a dime to anyone or send money anywhere, whether the person 
told you he is a delegate from the Central Bank Of Nigeria {CBN}, Nigeria 
National Petroleum Corporations {NNPC} , Corporate Affairs Commission {CAC} , a 
Local agent or even myself is not authorised to collect&nbsp; money from any of 
you contractors and if anyone should ask you to pay money before you receive 
your contract sum, please do not hesitate to report or call on the ECONOMIC 
&amp; FINANCIAL CRIME COMMISSON {EFCC} Abuja Laison Office. Be it known to you 
that we are sick and tired of all these fraudulent acts done or committed with 
the name of this kind nationNigeria.Therefore we are come out in this wise to 
rectify and same time control and protect the image of this country by paying 
all contractors without asking for any transfer fee in advance before transfers 
are made .<BR>&nbsp;<BR>Finally, all arrangements have been concluded with our 
offshore bankers to pay as many as will legitimately submit their requirements 
to my sanctified table for immediate payment. And I do hereby promise all 
contractors like yourself in the name of truth that this Federal/Presidential 
order must be carried out by me in paying you your contractual funds to
