Details:
When calling weechat_buffer_set to set the input of a buffer, the given value
gets prepended to whatever is currently in the input line, instead of
replacing it.
I have confirmed this with two scripts, one using Perl, one using Ruby, to
make sure it is independent from the scripting language.
