Summary: Mouse input sometimes not recognised when using
MinTTY terminal

Symptom: Mouse input isn't detected, "M#Z]" or similar displayed in input

Steps to reproduce: Using MinTTY on Windows, click randomly in the Weechat
window - about 5% of the time the above symptom will occur.

Notes: I have tried to reproduce this with VIM - but the problem does not
occur there. It appears this is specific to Weechat when used with the MinTTY
terminal emulator.

We discussed this in the IRC channel some months ago, and came to the
conclusion that MinTTY is sometimes splitting the mouse button control
characters over multiple packets.
