When connecting to an IRC server fails, the information returned at the moment
is rather limited. For instance when the connection is refused:
260536 -- irc: connecting to server irc.esper.net/6697 (SSL)...
260536 =!= irc: connection refused

Or when the SSL cert is rejected:
260538 -- irc: connecting to server irc.esper.net/6697 (SSL)...
260538 -- gnutls: connected using 2048-bit Diffie-Hellman shared secret
260538 =!= gnutls: peer's certificate is NOT trusted
260538 =!= gnutls: peer's certificate issuer is unknown
260538 -- gnutls: receiving 1 certificate
260538 -- - certificate[1] info:
260538 -- - subject
RSA key 2048 bits, signed using RSA-SHA1, activated `2011-03-23 21:46:23 UTC',
expires `2021-03-20 21:46:23 UTC', SHA-1 fingerprint
260539 =!= irc: TLS handshake failed
260539 =!= irc: error: A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.
260539 -- irc: reconnecting to server in 1 minute, 20 seconds

Imho it would be useful if at least the IP to which WeeChat attempted to
connect was shown, so it would make it easier for me to debug if the
connection failure was something on my end, or on the end of the IRC server
(in which case I could contact the network's administrators for further
Especially when connecting to DNS based round robins this would be useful, as
currently it is impossible to know to which of the servers WeeChat is
connecting unless the connection is successul.
