Details:
This patch adds a 'hold position' hotkey which makes the unit not be selected
when you hit the 'next unit' hotkey, until you move the unit again.
The hotkey works like this:
1. If you have a unit selected and hit the 'hold position' key, it acts like
you pressed space, but also sets a boolean hold_position_ variable on the
unit.
2. If the unit has hold_position_ set, then when a new turn starts it is
immediately marked as if you had selected it and pressed space.
3. So if you use the next unit key to find units to move, it will skip units
which have been told to hold position.
4. If you move a unit which had been told to hold position, hold_position_ is
set to false, essentially cancelling the hold movement order.
