I haven't spent a lot of time on the nghttp2 docs, so I can't comment on it.
Will try taking a look at them soon.
The network still could be a bottleneck. Could you share the exact download
speeds you see? Since 250 MBit/s down is only ~30MB/s, whereas I am using a
connection with over 100MB/s (800+ MBit/s), so that could be a factor.
Apart from that, I'm using GnuTLS (3.5.18) and libnghttp2 (1.31.1).
And I agree, a tcpdump of the entire connection would be able to give us more
