Right, but I don't see how this hurts.
Since FTP has many specific command line options, as HTTP has many options that
don't work with FTP, FTP should be implemented in a distinct tool (e.g.
wget2-ftp). We could make this a GSOC project.

We already have code in wget2 that downloads and verifies those checksum
automatically. A wget2-ftp tool can share this (and other options) with wget2.
