Yo lo incluiría la primera vez que aparecen las expresiones "servicio 
sustitutivo del software" y "Software como Servicio", resaltando "ser vicio" 
con 
cursiva, así:

+ El servicio sustitutivo del software (SaaSS; también llamado "<em>ser 
vicio</em> sustitutivo del software") es otra forma de enajenar el poder sobre 
su ordenador.

+ En un principio nos referíamos a esta práctica problemática llamándola 
«SaaS», 
sigla que significa «Software as a Service» (Software como Servicio; también 
llamado Software como <em>Ser vicio</em>).
