Tássio,

No manual do GNUN [0] tem mais informações sobre isso. Geralmente
adicionamos os nomes de quem fez mudanças substanciais na parte
comentada (começando em #) do cabeçalho. O campo Last-Translator deve
refletir a última pessoa que editou o arquivo. Se não me engano, o
Poedit coloca essas informações automaticamente.
