Neither fedora (or epel) ever shipped a xforms-doc pkg as far as I'm
aware.  Is this an implicit request that it should?  If so, what content
should it contain exactly?  Stuff from demos/ ?

Looks like that's what the included xforms.spec does apparently,

cp -r %{_builddir}/%{name}-%{version}/demos \

then later,

%files doc

I suppose we (fedora/epel) could follow-suit packaging-wise.
