ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig.

Ich bin leider in = letzter Zeit etwas unsicher bez=FCglich der Verwendung von LGPL-Bibliothe= ken geworden und m=F6chte jetzt unbedingt sicher gehen, dass ich den Anfo= rderungen der LGPL gen=FCge.

Ich schreibe gerade eine Webanwendung= f=FCr einen Kunden und verwende innerhalb dieser Anwendung eine Biblioth= ek, die unter der LGPL steht. Der Kunde erh=E4lt den kompletten Sourcecod= e der Anwendung. Au=DFerdem vermerke ich in der Readme-Datei, welche LGPL= -Bibliothek verwendet wird und wo der entsprechende SourceCode zu finden = ist. Eine Kopie der LGPL lege ich auch. Dies ist nat=FCrlich mit dem Kund= en auch so abgesprochen.

Bei der Webanwendung werden die einzelnen= Seiten unter Verwendung der LGPL-Bibliothek dynamisch erzeugt. Nun m=F6c= hte mein Kunde einen Copyright-Vermerk unter jede der erzeugten Seiten se= tzen. Jetzt frage ich mich, ob dort auch die verwendete Bib liothek aufgef=FChrt werden muss. Eigentlich bin ich der Meinung, dass e= s sich bei der generierten Seite um ein Produkt der Ausf=FChrung handelt,= das entsprechend der LGPL nicht unter die Bestimmungen f=E4llt. An diese= r Stelle m=FCsste die Bibliothek also nicht erw=E4hnt werden. Die Bibliot= hek m=FCsste nur dann erw=E4hnt werden, wenn w=E4hrend des Generierungsvo= rgangs irgendeine Copyright-Ausgabe erfolgen w=FCrde, die sich auf das Pr= ogramm  bezieht, das die Generierung durchf=FChrt.

Sehe ich d= as richtig?
