The ssrc is unique per rtp session. It must change within the same rtp session. The ssrc can be set using rtp_session_set_ssrc(), and this ssrc will be used by the session for all outgoing packets. > > And I also find a bug in rtpmod.c, as we know, the newest packet should > put to the tail of queue, but the rtp_putq will > put it to the head of queue. I think rtp_putq() originally already does what you want. It 's too late for me to explain you why, however i'm pretty sure of that. oRTP has been tested many times and it works. See the familiar distribution at http://familiar.handhelds.org . I'm suprised when you say that glib lacks ARM support. I suppose you are talking about glib-1.2. With lastest version of linphone, it uses glib-2.0 so you'd better use this version if you want your work to be long-life. I've just put a pre-release of linphone 0.10.0 on the savanah.gnu.org download page of linphone: http://savanah.gnu.org/download/linphone This version is based on glib-2.0, and gnome-2 for the gui code. I'm going to work soon on porting linphone completely to ARM/familiar, using the OPIE graphical envirronment. If you or someone else is interested or wants to contribute, please let me know. It should compile and work on all recent distributions. It has been a long work. Some work has been done to make an internal API so that now the gtk interface and the console one use exactly the same code. This release is pre2 because one thing does not work at all: the gnome applet. It 's been four days that I'm trying to display the linphone icon on a GtkButton with gtk-2, and it seems really impossible for me. If someone has an idea on how to do this, his experience is welcomed ! Thank you very much. It includes important and numerous bugfixes. This 0.10.0 release is an important release: * the gnome interface has been ported to gnome-2 * the console interface and the gnome interface use now the same engine (this required many changes) * the applet is optionnal: it is build only when gnome applet libraries are present. This simplifies much the compilation of linphone. For all those reasons and because there's a lot of new code, this release needs a lot of testing, that's why I did many 0.10.0preX releases. So if you wish, test this linphone-0.10.0pre4, and your comments (and/or gdb crash reports) are welcomed. If no important bugs are found with this release, then it will become the official linphone-0.10.0. A redhat-8 packager is still wanted... Future plans are: - video support, as always. - an arm port, for use with the familiar distribution (http://www.handhelds.org ) with a little qt-embedded interface. How lazy I am! This is probably enough to get the audio to work. Also, for the signalling part, you should be able to get answers back because partysip will send it to the NAT (on the same port the request was sent) and the NAT will "probably" send it back to your host. Most NAT can do that. If this is not the case, add a rule to forward answers coming on 5060 on the NAT to your host on port 5060. Hope you'll have an acess to your NAT. Thank you for all that contributed to that release by testing or patching. If no more bugs or problems are reported, 0.10.0 will be released. In the new version when i call osip_dialog_new(ua) the call_id that was part of the previous version is deprecated ... so i take a look into the dialog member of the structure.. but i find that itz NULL. Even the test program osipua_tester.c , u make a check to see dialog->dialog->call_id whether itz NULL ... itz always NULL. Please tell me as to when does the dialog->dialog->call_id get filled ??? Awaiting a reply and thankx in advance. A dialog is established when an incoming invite is followed by a 180 Ringing or 200 Ok, or when an outgoing invite is followed by an incoming 200 Ok. Linphone-0.10.0 is out since today, I suggest that now you use it.
