But some last night things are found on the page ..... Here's the place for nightly dists: ------------------------------------------------------ http://itupw056.itu.chalmers.se/xnee/nightly-dists/ I just checked this one: ------------------------------------------------------ http://itupw056.itu.chalmers.se/xnee/nightly-dists/xnee-cvs-20110221.tar.gz ..... and it seems to be working fine[3]. Regards, henrik NOTE: When recording multiple devices on one display and replay to another display while using XI (and not core devices) Xnee has no good way of finding which recorded device id belongs to which replayed device id. Basically Xnee uses the same id as "xinput --list" spits out when recording and tries to find it when replaying. Perhaps Xnee will use the strings AND id in the future... let's see about that... at least you know now. Thanks a lot. Ill start working on 3.09 right away. It'll be out before this weekend, so there's no need to pack 3.08. > A big thank for you (both)! Thank you... > I will open a new thread with another question (wishlist feature) ... Do you want more Xnee features? If so, we're all ears. But there are some tasks and bugs (for Fedora and for Nixos) that need attention before that. /hesa From MAILER-DAEMON Wed Feb 23 18:50:21 2011 Received: from mailman by lists.gnu.org with archive (Exim 4.43) id 1PsOTM-0006pB-S4 for mharc-xnee-devel@gnu.org; Wed, 23 Feb 2011 18:50:21 -0500 Received: from [140.186.70.92] (port=52590 helo=eggs.gnu.org) by lists.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.43) id 1PsOTJ-0006n1-6R for xnee-devel@gnu.org; Wed, 23 Feb 2011 18:50:18 -0500 Received: from Debian-exim by eggs.gnu.org with spam-scanned (Exim 4.71) (envelope-from ) id 1PsOTH-0003ch-N2 for xnee-devel@gnu.org; Wed, 23 Feb 2011 18:50:16 -0500 Received: from host53-122.etanet.se ([217.151.53.122]:59760 helo=mail.sandklef.com) by eggs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.71) (envelope-from ) id 1PsOTH-0003cO-Bn; Wed, 23 Feb 2011 18:50:15 -0500 Received: from c-02cbe253.95-2-64736c12.cust.bredbandsbolaget.se ([83.226.203.2] helo=[192.168.1.106]) by mail.sandklef.com with esmtpsa (TLS1.0:RSA_AES_256_CBC_SHA1:32) (Exim 4.69) (envelope-from ) id 1PsOTC-0006gl-EC; Thu, 24 Feb 2011 00:50:13 +0100 Message-ID: <4D659D29.9080702@gnu.org> Date: Thu, 24 Feb 2011 00:50:01 +0100 From: Henrik Sandklef User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.12) Gecko/20100913 Iceowl/1.0b1 Icedove/3.0.7 MIME-Version: 1.0 To: xnee-devel@gnu.org, "bug-xnee@gnu.org" , info-xnee@gnu.org Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-SA-Exim-Connect-IP: 83.226.203.2 X-SA-Exim-Mail-From: hesa@gnu.org X-SA-Exim-Version: 4.2.1 (built Wed, 25 Jun 2008 17:14:11 +0000) X-SA-Exim-Scanned: Yes (on mail.sandklef.com) X-detected-operating-system: by eggs.gnu.org: GNU/Linux 2.6 (newer, 2) X-Received-From: 217.151.53.122 Cc: Subject: [Xnee-devel] GNU Xnee 3.09 ('Moore') released X-BeenThere: xnee-devel@gnu.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.5 Precedence: list List-Id: xnee-devel.gnu.org List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 23 Feb 2011 23:50:19 -0000 We are pleased to announce the availability of GNU Xnee 3.09 GNU Xnee is a suite of programs that can record, replay and distribute user actions under the X11 environment.
