I don't understand, I have

\documentclass[12pt]{article}
\begin{document}

\include{test1}
\include{test2}
\end{document}

So

    -  TeX-command-master  main.tex gives main.pdf

    -  TeX-command-master  in say test1.tex gives again  main.pdf

    - but when I run in test1.tex TeX-command-buffer, I don't get
      test1.pdf. I don't see what harm it could cause? I don't
      see what it could overwrite? what do I miss?
