It's really ridiculous that this still isn't fixed in KDE or Gentoo
respectively. IIRC somebody reported this to Gentoo, but did actually
anybody inform the KDE people?
Possible workarounds are the compilation of Emacs with a different
toolkit or using
(eval-after-load "tex" '(setq TeX-command-menu-name "Commands"))
