>From AUCTeX's manual. You can copy the string
(info "(auctex)Font Locking")
into Emacs, put the cursor behind the last parenthesis and type
`C-x C-e'. This should bring you to the corresponding info node. If
it doesn't, your AUCTeX installation is outdated or broken.

It's usually better to use Emacs' customization facilities for this.
In the case at hand this means
`M-x customize-variable RET font-latex-quotes RET'.
