Uh, are you sure you have the xpdf viewer?  The page for the xpdf
package at the GnuWin32 project
(<URL:http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/xpdf.htm>) says that
"In the Win32 port only the non-X utilities are included."  That
sounds like the package does not contain something like xpdf.exe.
