Add a command to `TeX-command-list' for calling makeindex. A few days
ago I showed on this mailing list how to do this in principle. You can
use the "Index" command as a template.
Perhaps in a future version of AUCTeX we should automatically adapt the
"Index" command once nomencl.sty is used.
