Hi all,

the only issue I've seen so far with debbugs is that the subjects of
messages get a new bug#NNN at every reply.  Is this due to the
"[Bug-AUCTeX]" prefix?  bug-gnu-emacs mailing list doesn't have
a prefix and they don't have this problem.
