There were some some unused variables for test in the readpipe.c code that
I reported to bug-bison yesterday. Now, I exclude those unused varibles.

Hi,

I have ported bison-1.75 on WIN32 platform for my expromental study in bison.

For the worst configuration environment on my WIN32 platform 
and the lack of my bison knowledge,  I cannot confirm 
the changes by my hands would be correct, but the new pipe created
works well.
