Change to lib/Makefile.am

I see the following change in the most recent Bison sources:

2003-01-09  Akim Demaille  <address@hidden>

        * src/Makefile.am, lib/Makefile.am: Use $(VAR) instead of 
@address@hidden

What version of autoconf, etc., must I be using so that $(LIBOBJS) is 
defined properly?  I was forced to introduce a line

        LIBOBJS = @LIBOBJS@

in lib/Makefile.am in order to build.
