Re: bison-1.875 patches: two more successes

Yesterday, we got VMware installed on a GNU/Linux Intel IA-32 box, and
then installed NetBSD, OpenBSD, and Plan9.  FreeBSD and Solaris x86
will follow shortly.

bison-1.875.2 (base + the two posted patches) built and validated
flawlessly on the two BSD systems, once I installed the required GNU
m4 (which also built without problems).  I'm leaving Plan9 builds
aside until I've made more progress in the Unix systems.
