Featuritis: Multiple language output

I thought about a mini-algorithmic language that might be used to
facilitate Bison multi-language output: The ideal would be not having to
write a new parser for every new output language.

One might insert such a processor between Bison and M4, responsible merely
to write the macro that M4 uses to write the main parsing routine. This
then speaks against a total integration of Bison and M4.
