Please do not use styled text on GNU lists.
Bison++ is not Bison, so questions about that program do not belong here.
If you want to let Bison generate C++ output, then pick down one of the
latest versions, and you may use the skeleton file (with instructions) I
posted in the Bison-Patches list.
