Perhaps one should develop a final, stable version of the current Bison-2,
still using M4. Then then after that, one might make a new version Bison-3
using Guile, and develop a beta while Bison-2 is finalized. This way, one
avoids user stir among those that have problems getting the Bison-Guile
version working, as they then can use Bison-2 instead. (This developing
method has been used for example in MacOS.)
