Thanks. I kept plugging at the code. Finally some research turned up
something
about old porting. Just to see if what I found is correct:
-Wconversion flag checks also old time matching, a prototype
char* foo(char* boo, int coo, char doo);
causes a problem because "char" is an eight bit size instead of
integer and a
conversion happens by doo being cast from int to char.
Am I close or good enough?
