not describe specific settings of serial ports... and stty

I don't know where I must write about problem of COM port.

I use Debian Sarge.

 

Problem:

I open and set up settings parameters of /dev/ttyS0, but speed set up
only after close of serial port.

Why its not describe in man tcdrain and other documentation?

 

Herewith, aftep open()/tcgetattr()/tcsetattr() stty print that speed was
changed, but really not changed!

Really speed changed only after close() Its not describe in
documentation.
