Please include details about the problem.  Please include the exact
version of the program (using users --version) and whether you
compiled it yourself or if it was part of a software distribution.
Show us the exact output that you are seeing.  Include what you think
the output should be when it tells you something else.  Remember that
we will have no way of knowing what the program is doing for you
unless you tell us.

Please keep the mailing list in any replies so that the messages will
be archived and others may participate in the exchange.
