two test failures on mips+old-glibc: test-fseeko.sh, test-ftello.sh

I started this build+test back before releasing coreutils-7.1,
but it took so long, I chose not to wait for it.

The two failures were for gnulib unit tests:

  test-fseeko.c:58: assertion failed
  ./test-fseeko.sh: line 3: 11084 Aborted ./test-fseeko${EXEEXT} 1

  test-ftello.c:94: assertion failed

uname reports 2.4.27-mipscvs-20040814
and glibc is 20040619 release version 2.3.4
I won't be able to investigate for a week.
