That's funny because it strikes me as very natural.
Under what scenario (and how often) does it hurt ?
[ assuming CUA bindings: ]
select + C-x works just fine.
select + C-c works as well.
So the "only" problem can be when you do select + C-v.
Is that used often ? Is it supposed to replace the selected text with the
content of the clipboard ?
